Nature is Bike makes way for the Tour de France Féminin
The Tour de France for Women cyclists has announced that it will be stopping off in Angers on 28 July 2025, confirming the cycling ambitions of our region.
Destination Angers has been appointed to coordinate the hosting of the 3rd stage of the Women’s TDF in Angers, in collaboration with the local authorities.
The City of Angers aims to make of this event a festive and popular part of the summer, with activities for locals who don’t go on holiday and an opportunity to raise the profile of our destination among tourists. The Destination Angers teams will be working to achieve these objectives, alongside the City of Angers and Angers Loire Métropole.
This is why, in the current budgetary context, it has been decided to take a break from organising the 5th edition of the European gravel festival, Nature is Bike, originally scheduled for 13, 14 and 15 June 2025.
With over 800km of gravel routes consolidated during the past editions of Nature is Bike, the Tourist Office is continuing to support the emergence of gravel riding, a distinctive tourist offer that enhances the natural heritage of Angers Loire Métropole.
